Mulieris Dignitatem

Coming soon: In 1988, Pope Saint John Paul II wrote an apostolic exhortation to women, “On the Dignity and Vocation of Women.” (Mulieris Dignitatem) Rather than directly attack feminism, the pope articulated a foundation for the life and work of women in the home, the office, and even in the Church. Women are prophets of love, whose worth and value flow from God through the Blessed Mother. Because Mary brought forth our Savior, we can understand that receptivity is PRIOR to creativity.
